Perfect for those seeking general relaxation and stress relief. These sessions are available for either 30, 60 or 90 minutes. During this session, you will have a comprehensive consultation process and you will be advised on a treatment plan. Your session will last for the remainder of time booked and includes a full body massage. During your consultation we will highlight any problem area's. You are able to choose a pressure that suits you, either light, medium or firm. Prices start at £30*.

Sports Massage

Ideal for both pre and post-event muscle care, as well as regular maintenance massages for active individuals.  During this session, you will have a comprehensive consultation process and you will be advised on a treatment plan. Your session will last for the remainder of  the time booked and includes a full body massage. This therapy includes specific techniques for  injury treatment and the correction of imbalances in the soft tissue. During your consultation we will highlight any problem area's. You are able to choose a pressure that suits you, either light, medium or firm.  These sessions are available for either 30, 60 or 90 minutes. Prices start at £40*.

Hot Stone Massage

Perfect for those seeking general relaxation and stress relief. These sessions are avaliable for either 30, 60 or 90 minutes. Prices start at £35* (This product can be  combined with a massage session. When combined, it would add a price increase starting at £15*)

Dry Cupping

Experience Dry Cupping either as a stand alone therapy or combine this service with a massage. These sessions are targeted and generally last around half an hour, however, this can vary from person to person. Prices start from £45*.
